1. Returns
Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on undergarments, intimate apparel, or any products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons. All sale items and personalized products are also non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at Info@gorgeousyoo.com and we will guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
